Starting weight: 158.8 lbs
Goal weight: 140 lbs
Still cutting sugars. I had a few trying days but overall, came out on top! Still no exercising but it will come…..one day.

I hit my low of 184.5 yesterday. Combination of lower carbs and sugars plus moderate exercise.
