Results for Week # 2 – I lost 2.8 lbs!

Week #3

Starting weight: 158.8 lbs

Goal weight: 140 lbs

Still cutting sugars.  I had a few trying days but overall, came out on top!  Still no exercising but it will come…..one day.

I hope you are still motivated and staying on track!

  1. I hit my low of 184.5 yesterday. Combination of lower carbs and sugars plus moderate exercise.
